We offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have one week after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
How it works

To start an exchange, contact us at pwrdept@gmail.com.

Once confirmed, our shipping partner will collect your package within 2–3 business days (Morocco only).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at pwrdept@gmail.com so we can resolve it.
