Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. You have one week after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

How it works

  • To start an exchange, contact us at pwrdept@gmail.com.

  • Once confirmed, our shipping partner will collect your package within 2–3 business days (Morocco only).

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at pwrdept@gmail.com so we can resolve it.

Important Notes

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale.

  • Refunds are not offered — exchanges only.
