How long does shipping take?

We ship daily, Monday–Friday at 14:00. Deliveries within Morocco arrive in 24–48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At the moment we only ship within Morocco — but international shipping is coming soon.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes — we have a 7-day exchange policy. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Email pwrdept@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Do you offer refunds?

No — we only offer exchanges. All discounted items and gift cards are final sale.
